Do you want to create a more respectful and meaningful relationship with yourself? To live closer to your values, examine the cultural factors that create pain in our lives, heal unhelpful patterns, and explore your life from a grounded spiritual perspective? If so, I may be the right therapist for you. I can help you deepen your spiritual understanding of life and expand your creative and intuitive abilities as you grow, and as you change what isn't working anymore. In my practice, I primarily use IFS (Internal Family Systems). This model is a respectful way of working with yourself that invites change and healing into your inner and outer worlds. I also have years of Buddhist meditation practice, Somatic Experiencing, racial justice work and intuitive training that I bring to my practice. My identities as a queer, polyamorous person inform the work I do with clients as well. Through the practice of embodied self-compassion, I can help you be more interested and empowered in your own growth and healing. I believe a healthy relationship with ourselves is the foundation of a meaningful life, and each of us tending to that relationship matters deeply for our world. Please contact me to see if I would be the right therapist for you.
