About

Are you an individual struggling with current or past relational trauma? Working through mental health challenges? A couple that is feeling stuck in a negative pattern? I work with individuals and couples looking for a place to grow individually or to connect more in their relationships. I help my clients identify negative patterns, aiming to foster a relationship to help them feel less alone, lost, or frustrated with their current issues. My work is highly attachment-based, a framework that focuses on the impact of early relationships on an individual's emotional and psychological well-being and how that shows up in the present.

I specialize in working with women who are struggling with present or past relational trauma. I specialize in couples therapy and have advanced training in Emotion Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. My hope is to lead you towards empowerment and discovering how to strengthen the relationship with yourself and with others.

My personal and professional experience has led me to feel passionate about this work. Exploring underlying emotions requires true vulnerability and I find such privilege in being able to sit with you in this place of pain and hope to guide you to experiences that that align with your values and goals. Reach out and lets see if we're a good fit!
