I believe that every person has intrinsic worth and the potential to grow and make positive changes in life. Being present during this process for every person that I sit with is something that I enjoy very much. My specialties include the treatment of depression and anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions and substance use. Every person’s needs are unique. The idea of “one size fits all” does not apply to therapy. Our work will be tailored to the issues you are struggling with as well as your preferences for treatment. I am trained and often use approaches based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I combine genuineness, honesty and sense of humor to create a safe, comfortable environment and build a strong therapeutic relationship. Whether your struggles have just recently begun to impact your life or are long-term in nature, you do not have to deal with these things alone. I can help.
