Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself or your relationship, you may be feeling disconnected, exhausted, embarrassed, angry, or many other emotions. Perhaps you long for better communication, greater intimacy, and rebuilt trust. In addition to working toward re-connection and love in your relationship, sex and sexuality are often difficult to talk about between couples. Creating a judgement-free space where you can explore these thoughts, feelings, and personal values is my highest priority as a therapist. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist who works with individuals and couples using Imago, sex therapy, and attachment theories. I am a member of American Counseling Association (ACA), American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), and Nashville Psychotherapy Institute (NPI). My therapy style is client-centered and sex positive. This is your session, your life, you get to decide what healthy looks like for you, and I will be honored to walk with you on that journey. I work in the Franklin area, via telehealth, and have flexible day, evening, and Sunday appointments to work with your busy schedules.
