About

Life is full of change– whether it is a marriage, divorce, break up, entering or leaving college, changing careers, etc. Even in the midst of change, it is also easy to feel like you are stagnating or can’t get a break from difficult emotions. Maybe you get up in the morning for another new day and feel like nothing will change. Maybe nothing is concretely wrong, but it definitely is not right. Maybe you are struggling to adjust to the changes life presents while still feeling stuck in painful emotions. Something has to change, but you aren’t sure how and what. I can help.

Through the use of mindful coping strategies, examining what brings you joy, cutting edge new therapy techniques such as brainspotting, finding patterns, acknowledging and adapting negative thought cycles, and processing difficult experiences and emotions, I offer holistic and personalized therapy. We can work to implement positive change in your life.

I recognize that change is challenging and that, even if it is to better your life, the unknown can be intimidating. I am here to help and work with you along the way and offer a safe space for you to grow. The realization that you would like or need help is the first step in healing. Your life CAN change. Let your life change!
