Hello! I am a LICSW, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and have been providing therapeutic services and support to Minnesota children, teens, adults and families for more than 20 years. I have extensive experience working in both the school and outpatient settings. I am passionate about supporting the healthy development of children and teens as well as supporting the parents and guardians raising them. My professional experiences have blessed me with opportunity to work extensively with children, teens and their parents as they navigate the growing up years as well as issues related to anxiety, depression, social/peer issues, school related concerns, difficulty managing emotions, parent/child conflict and family system problems. I take a solution focused approach and possess strong skills in the areas of assessment, productive communication and problem solving as well as conflict resolution.
