About

Today's crazy pace of life as well as the stresses of family, money, school, employment, not to mention COVID-19 and politics, it is no wonder more and more people are looking for therapeutic support to find balance in their lives. I will strive to help you find that balance, working with and building on your strengths, already present within you, but lost in the chaos of present day life in a safe, supportive environment. We will work to build coping skills to deal with every day life, when things get tough. Life is full of ups and downs. You can learn new ways to shift your perception, to build on the strengths and positives.

I offer short- and long-term therapy for children, adolescents, couples, and families, who are seeking assistance either individually or as part of a family or couple. I help children, adults, parents, and families, increase their communication for better understanding of each other, which inevitably leads to more empathy and support for one another.

You are not alone in the way you are feeling. And you matter. Please reach out, we can set a time to meet-rapport is huge. It can be very helpful to have a safe place to vent, process and organize your thoughts and feelings, as well as find ways to cope with the unknowns. We can meet virtually or in-person, whichever works best for you. Be well. Thank you.
