If you tend to intellectualize your emotions, Somatic Therapy can help you drop into your body so you can feel and process your emotions on a deeper level. It can help you get on the same team as your body, working with it rather than against it.

I’d love to share with you the way therapy can be a gentle, self paced, healing process -because therapy doesn't need to be harsh or rushed to be effective. In fact, it's more effective when it's not scary. I aim to help you create alignment and acceptance within yourself, because it hurts ourselves and our relationships when we cannot be ourselves.
