My goal as a therapist is to help clients create a safe space where they can work on aspects of their life which they may be unhappy with. I have experience working with individuals with a wide-range of experiences from domestic abuse to bullying, and helping clients find their voice throughout those struggles, as well as the treatment of depression, anxiety, self-harm, and OCD. I take clients of all ages but I specialize in working with young adults and adolescents with eating disorders and trauma. My approach to therapy is a multifaceted approach in that it is a combination of person-centered therapy, attachment theory, and a trauma informed lens in order to allow clients a safe space to share their emotions. I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. My hope is to allow client's to feel as though they are being heard and they are less alone in this world. I would love to support you through your journey turning your life into one you are happy with. If you are interested in connecting, please email or call me to set up a free consultation.
