Hi, my name is Emeka. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with eighteen years of clinical experience. I am particularly interested in supporting Individuals, Couples, Families, and Minors who have Anger Management, Anxiety, Coping Skills, Trauma and PTSD, and Suicidal Ideation. I use a mix of Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Clinical Supervision and Licensed, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies during sessions with my clients. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals, we are a team and work together throughout this process! I am an active listener who listens without judgment. I will give you the opportunity and space to share your experiences and perspectives while working to understand your concerns and help you clarify your goals for therapy. We work as a team to establish your goals for treatment and develop a plan to achieve your therapy goals at a comfortable pace. Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another.
