For over fourteen years, I have been working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self esteem issues and day to day stressors. I believe in providing a safe, comfortable environment and working with an individual at their pace to meet their needs and come up with solutions to their every day stressors. I encourage effective communication, appropriate limits and boundaries, and a nurturing environment for clients to be able to express themselves. I work from a client centered, strengths-based perspective. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in identifying their thought and behavioral patterns and work with them to shift these patterns. In shifting, clients can become a healthier version of themselves. I also offer supervision to LSW's looking for a clinical supervisor. I provide online counseling to make accessing therapy easy and convenient for you from the comfort of your own home.
