About

Seeking therapy takes immense courage, and the therapy session should be a place to explore and heal without judgment. I believe that healing and change happen in our relationships to others and to a global sense of humanity. I strive to create a safe container in which to practice interpersonal healing, utilizing the therapeutic relationship and process as the primary tool for creating change. I work exclusively with gender diverse clients including short term work with people who need a letter for gender affirming care.

I am passionate about working with the queer and trans community and people struggling with substance use. I have a special interest in working with clients with eating disorders, religious trauma, family of origin trauma, neurodiversity, sexual functioning concerns, experiences of cancellations and accountability, and climate grief.

I believe all people are capable of change and deserving of affirming mental health care and that access to gender affirming surgery is a right that should not be gatekept. If you are interested in getting on my waitlist for individual therapy or want to schedule short term sessions for accessing a letter of support for surgery, please reach out!
