Therapy is a collaborative process where one can explore their thoughts, behaviors and emotions and how those can have an impact on our mental health, interpersonal relationships, and overall daily functioning. There is a power in embracing vulnerability and learning to accept oneself and identify areas where one may want to improve to get where they want to be. I enjoy helping my clients to make meaningful connections and navigate the challenges that life tends to throw at us. I have experience working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders through therapy and psychological evaluation services. I have a specific interest in helping transgender individuals access care and supporting them in their journey. I have training and experience with writing mental health letters of support for gender-affirming care. We all start somewhere, and together, we can start your journey. I provide an empathetic space where you can share your story without fear of judgement or stigma. I look forward to working with you!
