About

I believe that all people have an innate ability to heal and grow under the right conditions. I practice from a person-centered foundation while utilizing CBT interventions in session to enact self- acceptance and provide clients the tools needed for change. I strive to make conversations about mental health and self-care relatable, safe, fun, and empowering. I believe it is a privilege to gently and genuinely hold space for and guide clients through some of the most significant, or potentially difficult, experiences of their lives while collaboratively working towards self-growth and healing.

My specialties include individual counseling for women across the lifespan, overcoming depression, suicidal ideation or self-harm, processing trauma or childhood wounds, managing anxiety and panic, working through romantic relationship concerns or family issues, and increasing self-efficacy, self- compassion, and control.

In working with me, you can expect to gain new skills and insights, and even have a good laugh or two! Trust takes time to build. I'll meet you where you are on your journey and walk with you through the good, the bad, and the new. I invite you to reach out when you are ready. Together, we'll figure out how to get you "unstuck" and moving forward.
