Hi! I'm Ellen and I am a social worker. My areas of interest include working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life and career transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and grief. I have a special interest in women’s issues and also work with weight, body image, and the mental health issues that go along with those. I have experience in career counseling and navigating work issues. I also work with relationship issues and divorce, and am welcoming and affirming of the LGBTQ+ community. I especially welcome you if you aren't sure you need therapy or if this is your first time trying it. We'll figure it out! I am practical, relatable, and non-judgmental.
