About

Take a moment and imagine what your life might look like if you accomplished the goals you set for yourself. If you feel stuck, immobilized with your career, relationships, or bad habits, you awaken feeling exhausted, depressed and unmotivated, suffer from debilitating anxiety or panic attacks that leave you feeling drained or if you've experienced past traumas that plague today's quality of life, please call me. I am a results-oriented psychotherapist and therapy can alleviate distress and begin a journey of self growth to feel better and create a more fulfilling life. Your first step begins the process.

My goal is to create an open, trusting, collaborative relationship and combine it with therapeutic techniques that fit your needs. I integrate conventional therapeutic techniques with innovative approaches to accelerate healing. I am compassionate, open-minded, honest, optimistic and goal directed. People describe me as warm, competent, focused, with a good sense of humor.

Credentials? After two decades in the communications industry, I became an institute trained LCSW, and have supervised and trained other psychotherapists. I am also a mediator, involved in counseling projects with Memorial Sloane-Kettering, Ackerman Institute for the Family, and Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulemia, ICP. More info?
