About

I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety and adjustment to life's challenges. We may be a good match if you value a warm, supportive relationship, and feel motivated to examine and confront emotional and relational patterns in your life that can feel limiting or painful.

I specialize in treating depression and anxiety at all life stages, especially the challenges associated with transitions to early and middle adulthood. In addition, I have worked extensively with adults of all ages and adolescents.

While therapy can be challenging, it should also be welcoming, warm and supportive. I emphasize insight and relationship building, and work with you to identify and use your own inherent strengths and capacity for growth to catalyze healing and positive behavioral change.
