I believe we yearn to feel heard and understood and when that happens in a safe and supportive environment, we feel nourished and refreshed - ready to start again. I work with children, adolescents, adults and families with issues including anxiety, depression, self esteem, grief, parenting, behavioral concerns, ADHD and life adjustments. I support individuals and families as they move through difficult times and make the changes to which they aspire. I received my Masters in Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work in Massachusetts and I completed my Post Masters Fellowship at the CF Menninger Hospital in Kansas. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with my BA in Psychology.
