About

My practice focuses on perinatal and maternal mental health. I specialize in treating perinatal mood disorders (PMADs), including postpartum depression and anxiety. I also have experience supporting clients with infertility, the IVF process and grief/miscarriage. I also see a small number of transgender clients and have supported clients through transition, including surgery and hormone therapy.

As a clinical social worker, I am trained in psychotherapy and evidence-based treatments for anxiety and mood disorders. Should you need or want to seek medication, I can help bridge the conversation with your PCP or a prescribing psychiatrist. My practice is teletherapy only!

Reach out via email with a quick intro and some information about your insurance and I will get back to you within a day or two. I can bill insurance in Maine but am happy to see private pay clients in both Maine and Massachusetts.
