About

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by emotions, interactions, and experiences. This can manifest as an inability to change how you feel, constant self-criticism, extreme sensitivity, disorganized internal experiences, social anxiety, and more. These feelings are often intensified by interactions with others, leaving you more isolated. I’ll be beside you as we unpack old, automatic ways of thinking that shape your relationship with yourself and others. By detaching from these patterns, we can understand what’s causing your suffering and work toward gaining more control over future outcomes.

I see therapy as both a safe landing pad and a laboratory. Safety and trust come first and remain as long as needed. At your pace, we’ll explore different perspectives and ways of interacting. While I work from an attachment foundation, every person and relationship is unique. Together, we’ll find strategies that align with your experience.

Seeking therapy is a powerful step. If you feel we could be a good therapeutic match, I encourage you to reach out for a brief, free meet and greet to explore that further. If we aren’t the right fit, I’ll gladly support you in finding a therapist who is. My ultimate goal is to support your healing journey, whether that’s with me or someone else.
