About

Welcome! I'm Ellen, a biracial-Black licensed social worker using she/her pronouns. All parts of you are welcome here. You deserve a therapeutic space that feels empowering and present. My work supports those ready to resolve stuck points related to trauma, racial and gender identity, hypervigilance, depressive symptoms, co-dependency, boundary issues, and burnout. I also offer relationship therapy to adults looking to strengthen their romantic dynamics.

I value collaboration in our work together, ensuring we use our time in a way that best supports you. Together, we’ll explore methodologies like EMDR, IFS, supportive talk therapy, and somatic regulation techniques to meet what’s present.

I’m committed to creating an affirming space that supports racial justice, neurodiversity, and the rights and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community. In our work together, we'll rediscover your sense of possibility and choice, guiding you toward embodying the life you truly long for.
