Getting and staying sober is a complete brain and body shift that requires time spent on the many adjustments to our biopsychosocial systems. Whether you are contemplating, serious about, or flat out being told you need to get sober, this is a safe and supportive space to talk it out. A social worker and addictions counselor for 16+ years facilitating individual and group work with adolescent and adults, I have had the pleasure of working a variety of settings including court, hospital, school, and residential. Expertise with clients involved in the criminal justice system, in addition to special education school social worker.
