I specialize in helping people work through many issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. I have experience with people of all ages. It has been my honor to work with vulnerable populations including trans folx, unhoused teens and LGBTQIA+ clients. I am a board-approved social work supervisor and provide organized and ethical supervision for non-independently licensed social workers who need supervised hours. I offer a reduced hourly rate for supervision. I provide calm, experienced, nuanced and deeply human support and relational connection. I approach this work with genuine respect for your dignity and integrity. I have experience working for non-profits, crisis centers, community college, inside the legal system and in community mental health. Reaching out for support is one of the hardest things to do, but you are doing it! Navigating the world of mental health services can be confusing, intimidating and difficult, especially when you are seeking help for your child. I know, because I have been there!
