About

When life feels overwhelming, your day to day stressors add up, or past experiences cause you difficulties, choosing to seek therapy can be a pivotal step towards feeling like yourself again. I work collaboratively with clients to help them chart a path forward that feels healthy and acknowledges the impact of all of life’s experiences. Therapy is an opportunity to explore old patterns, create new ones, and to find your voice. Together, we will create a space where you feel safe enough to put down your walls and explore what is working in your life, what is not, and how to get you to where you want to be.

I strive to build genuine, non-judgmental relationships using a compassionate and relational style infused with humor. I have training and experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, including traumatic loss and mass violence, as well as those dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.

Choosing to care for your mental health is a significant first step towards improving your overall wellness. I look forward to working with you as you find your voice and your strength to restore your hope.
