About

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a knack for navigating everything from those sneaky day-to-day stressors to heavy-hitting topics like abuse, trauma, grief, and everything in between. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or just trying to figure out why your brain insists on replaying that awkward moment from five years ago, I’m here to help you make sense of it all. I work with a wide range of clients, such as students, new mothers (especially those on the IVF rollercoaster), healthcare workers, immigrants, and creative souls who are constantly battling their inner critics.

I create a safe, inclusive, sex-positive space that warmly welcomes all individuals, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. My approach is particularly attuned to the nuances of relationship dynamics, sexual identity, breakups, and communication, as well as broader relational concerns among family and friends.

I'm a firm believer in therapy that is not just productive, but also enjoyable. I have a more interactive approach, blending evidence-based techniques with a healthy dose of humor. I’m all about helping you uncover those hidden insights that can shake things up and lead to real change.
