Elizabeth Palmer treats clients ages 18 & up. Offering in person (Florida) or virtual sessions (using a HIPAA compliant platform). Elizabeth is an integrative psychotherapist and licensed acupuncturist, trained in botanical and naturopathic medicine. She uses integrative approaches that work synergistically to produce positive results. Some of those include: cognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, lifestyle and diet analysis, mindfulness-based therapy, and lab testing. Additionally, she is trauma-informed and is certified in the use of EMDR, a beneficial trauma treatment modality. Elizabeth works to understand her client's root cause of distress and helps them to develop practical solutions that fit their lifestyle. She has over 25 years of experience in the fields of mental health, public health, and health education.
