I am Beth Quill, a licensed clinical social worker with over 16 years of experience as a therapist. My great passion is helping survivors of trauma heal and move forward. I use a collaborative and trauma-informed approach and offer numerous possible modalities. I primarily work with clients struggling with the effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, and/or depression. My overarching goal is to help you overcome obstacles to living a fulfilling life. This may involve trauma therapy such as EMDR, learning skills to manage anxiety and challenging thoughts and feelings, and identifying your personal values and valued informed goals. I work with adults, aged 18 and older who want to continue their journey of self-discovery. I often meet with people who are struggling with grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, anxiety, or depression. My role is to be a guide, support, and advocate on your journey. My goal is to provide a safe and grounding place for you to feel supported, learn, and challenge yourself. I decided to become a therapist when I realized many people felt seen and heard by me. I am driven to keep going because it is so meaningful to be part of people's journey to getting unstuck and living a fulfilling life.
