As we all know, life can be hard. My goal is to help clients navigate their own particular struggles so that their lives are lighter and more manageable. I particularly enjoy working with clients on social and emotional challenges, and aim to create a collaborative, client centered relationship with my clients that will foster resilience and improve their ability to cope with challenges. My approach utilizes various therapeutic strategies, including CBT, trauma treatment and Structural Family Therapy (SFT). SFT focuses on the relational patterns within the family, placing the value on helping the family to become more efficient in caring for its members. I always strive to maintain a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment as I works with children, adults and their families to strengthen relationships, change patterns, and encourage new perspectives.
