About

Living and working in the Bay Area supplies us with no shortage of opportunities and challenges. It can be difficult to balance ambition and work pressure with your relationships and mental health. It might feel like you’re doing everything "right," but you're still not where you thought you should be by now. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I use my previous work in the startup space, fellowship training at Kaiser, and DBT and CBT skills to help clients navigate issues such as self-confidence, work/life balance, dating and relationships, anxiety, and depression. I also work with individuals on the path to parenthood.

My approach is warm, authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I blend humor, psychoeducation, skill-building, and a whole lot of validation to help clients learn how to live in a way that meets their needs and aligns with their values. I also specialize in perinatal mental health and help individuals and couples along their journey into parenthood.

Working with a therapist you trust and connect with is the best predictor of positive outcomes in therapy. In other words, it pays to be picky! For that reason, I offer a free 15-minute video consultation. During our chat, we will cover what you're looking for in therapy and what support I may be able to provide.
