About

In my practice, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each person’s unique needs, collaborating with clients to set and achieve meaningful goals. My therapeutic philosophy is both supportive and insight-oriented. Since insight without action can lead to stagnation, you can expect to receive plenty of encouragement to keep moving forward.

My approach to therapy is focused on building a rapport. The client is really interviewing me! I believe it is crucial for the client to feel comfortable with their therapist in order for any growth and trust to be accomplished.

I am part of a therapy practice called The Support Network, which has a dedicated team available to help with insurance and administrative support. Please reach out to their support team and schedule an appointment with me!
