I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and person-centered Therapy to assist you in managing such feelings as anxiety or depressed moods. I am also certified in EMDR, which can be helpful with trauma or PTSD symptoms. Se Habla Espanol. Evenings appointments and sliding scale self-pay are available.

My experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, children, and victims of domestic violence, crime victims, inpatient, and sexual assault survivors. I am passionate about assisting clients through a therapeutic approach to living in the "here and now" with respect to past memories, experiences or circumstances.

Self-compassion can be difficult when experiencing feelings of grief, guilt, concern, or struggling with a situation. My goal is to help you get through or find acceptance within yourself while facing a challenging chapter in your life. Right now is the time to start your journey to wellness.
