Often when transitioning to a new area in life, such as a career, geographical location, or relationships, it is not uncommon to struggle with changes. I help my clients, including adolescents, adults, and families, to work toward creating a healthy pattern of behaviors that allow them to reach their goals. My therapeutic approach focuses on building confidence, reducing anxiety and depression, and exploring opportunities for growth. Therapy is a nonjudgmental space that is created for each person’s individual needs. View 3 Photos Although I specialize in eating disorders, I also help individuals with body image issues, motivation for change, improving confidence, and reframing anxious or depressive thinking. I believe that having an integrative approach to therapy allows you to have a more personalized treatment using a variety of evidence-based modalities. I am a therapist at Thriving Center of Psychology, a full-service mental health practice that is setting a new standard for accessible, high-quality mental health care.
