About

I offer a warm, thoughtful style to create a space for understanding who you are and what brought you to therapy. To me, therapy is a kind of ongoing conversation that builds on that understanding. You come to it with your experience of yourself and your life story. I bring my many years of experience with people and life. It's supported by us working intentionally to quiet your self criticism and reframe what causes you pain to make more exploration possible.

As a psychoanalytst, I'll encourage you to look beyond what's happening right now in your life. We'll want to consider your earlier life experiences, ways you've learned to cope and the feelings that go with them. With this deeper understanding of yourself, you'll be able to make better choices and live more comfortably with who you are.

Please call me or email me for a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
