My name is Elizabeth "Anne" Gingerich and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida. My approach is person-centered and empowerment-based working collaboratively with individuals to reach goals to live a life of success and happiness. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, tailor to your individual needs, to help you recognize your strengths and understand that you are not alone. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment, and trauma-informed care. I intend to provide you with the respect you deserve and a feeling of safety through this process.
