About

Our work together will provide you with a supportive space to process your emotions and cultivate an awareness of your feelings without judgment. This approach will allow your emotions to flow through you, instead of stagnating within you. We will focus on your personal journey, using my observations and experiences with you in our sessions to uncover insights into your relational patterns. My goal is to foster a therapeutic environment that promotes safety, expansion, curiosity, and creativity, utilizing a nurturing yet straightforward approach.

Together, we will illuminate the hidden aspects of your inner world, sometimes exploring through dreams, fantasies, metaphors, and imagery. We will delve into your early childhood attachment patterns and how they influence your current relationships. Creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and seen is my top priority.

I specialize in relationship issues, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a first-generation child of immigrants, I’m attuned to bicultural identities, transgenerational trauma, and cultural complexes. My understanding of Levantine Arabic allows me to connect meaningfully with Arabic-speaking clients in a supportive, culturally sensitive way.
