About

Sometimes it can be really difficult to manage what life throws at you. It’s not easy being a child or a young adult. There are stressors you find yourself having to deal with that you thought you would never have to deal with. Students in school may be getting to you, responsibilities of daily life can be overwhelming, you feel lonely, angry, sad or whatever it may be that can really impact your overall mood and day to day living. Even for those of you who are older and may be past those issues, there are still adjustments in your life that you are having to deal with that feel unmanageable!

That’s why I am here; to help you effectively deal with these overwhelming and uncomfortable feelings. I can provide a safe space for you where your worries are heard and understood without judgment. With sincere compassion and authenticity, I help children and young adults manage their anxiety when it gets to be too much for them to handle it on their own.

My ultimate goal is to be here for you, support you and help you in the best way I can. Furthermore, medication management services are available through our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for clients ages 13 and up. Our Client Services Coordinator, Jane Lupo, will respond to your inquiry to assist you in getting the help you so deserve!
