Betsy Dulak is a state licensed professional counselor, nationally registered art therapist, and has been working with clients since 2005. She earned her undergraduate degree at Florida State University, where she swam for their swim team, and her master s degree at Mount Mary University. Betsy specializes in treating adults with mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and issues of trauma, grief, and loss. She helps clients increase their insight to develop changes in negative thought patterns and behaviors. She focuses on working with clients to find appropriate coping and social skills and improving assertiveness and self-confidence through a variety of evidence based practices. In her spare time Betsy enjoys reading, yoga, knitting, traveling, and baking.
