My practice is focused on supporting people using psychedelic medicine for mental health. Integration therapy can help to process challenging memories and emotions that may arise, make meaning of medicine experiences, and create new beliefs and habits based on insights from psychedelic experiences. I love working with people who are ready to explore their inner worlds and thoughtfully create new behaviors to support healing. Please note, I am unable to sit with people during non-legal medicine experiences or help acquire these substances. I have experience working with people with depression, trauma, grief, and stressful life changes. I use an eclectic approach to tailor treatment to each individual. Integration is ongoing work that takes time and support and can be practiced through a variety of approaches such as music, movement, art, time in nature, and various therapeutic techniques. I believe we all have an inner healing intelligence and psychedelics can help us connect to this knowledge. Integration therapy helps facilitate and support our innate ability to heal. I hope to help you connect with your inner wisdom by creating a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.
