About

I am available to serve clients located in PA & OH. I take a holistic approach to healing, because more often than not the environments that contribute to strife are all encompassing. The path to healing is not linear, I enjoy aiding clients through an eclectic approach tailored to fit their needs. It's not about what's wrong with you- it's about what happened to you. I do not view clients as a diagnosis, but dynamic individuals navigating the human experience.

My eclectic approach draws on The Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Attachment-Based Practices, Somatic Interventions, Ego States, Motivational Interviewing, and Systems Work. My practices are also informed by feminist & critical race theories. I also have taken advanced trainings in dissociative disorders and complex trauma.

I believe that traditional therapeutic spaces can be further isolating when clinicians are not affirming to important parts of a client's identity such as gender, sexuality, or race. I am a LGBTQ2S+, minority and disability affirming therapist. It is important that my clients feel we can co-create a space where they feel comfortable and heard.
