I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, pleased to offer in-person and online therapy to those located in Arizona. The majority of my professional experience includes working with adults coping trauma and abuse, Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I also love learning about new personal experiences with people interested in growth and change. My approach is founded in values of compassion, professionalism, non-judgment, strengths, and genuine regard. I'm trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS - Level 2), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) certified, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
