I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Utilizing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach, I work with clients to increase self-awareness and identify and express emotions and develop healthy coping skills in order to build a more positive relationship with themselves and those around them. I believe therapy is a shared experience in which we talk through the difficult topics together in order to find healing. I utilize a Relational approach, to help adults identify patterns of relationships throughout their lives while identifying positive support systems. This can help client’s cope with feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, relational issues or grief. Other therapeutic approaches used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy. Through this shared experience, we work on developing positive coping skills to help manage feelings. Some obstacles are more difficult to process, but through positive connections with others we may find the support we need to work through it together. I hope therapy can be another positive connection for you. I look forward to meeting with you and working collaboratively together.
