Legacy Community Center is a Behavioral Mental Health Center that provides thorough outpatient counseling services catering to older adults, adults, teenagers, and families. Our team is composed of experienced Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners specialized in Mental Health, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, and board certified Targeted Case Managers. We specialize in Individual Therapy (IT), Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Group Therapy (GT), Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, and Targeted Case Management. We are an agency that has been licensed by the Healthcare Administration (AHCA). Our program is known as a holistic, clinical, and medical treatment approach that makes us a very well-rounded and effective program.
