Throughout my career, my primary focus has been on providing support to those struggling with a wide range of emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, suicidal ideation, and OCD. I am proud to have contributed to the field through my written work. I have authored several impactful books and book chapters, delving into important topics such as suicide prevention, the search for meaning in life, the transformative power of love, and the promotion of human rights.
