My primary theoretical orientation is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I integrate aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic theories into my practice. I work with individual adult clients to promote psychological flexibility and positive coping strategies.
