A deep interest in human behavior led Elisabeth to receive a bachelor of psychology from The University of Utah in 2021. Wanting to connect with individuals and aid them on their journey of self-discovery prompted Elisabeth to pursue a Master of Social Work from Northcentral University. Elisabeth enjoys working with children and teens, LGBTQ individuals, individuals with neurodevelopmental (neurodiverse) disorders, and older adults. She also enjoys assisting individuals of various ages struggling with mood disorders, trauma, abuse, attachment, and religious or spiritual issues.
Elisabeth believes it is essential for everyone to maintain everyday practices that manage their mental health. Meditation, spending time outside, playing games (dungeons and dragons is a fav) are a few intentional practices of Elisabeth's. She recognizes the importance of trust in the therapeutic healing journey for each individual.
Elisabeth enjoys crocheting, play games with friends and family, and having intentional down time.
