About

Throughout my career I have worked with adolescents and adults in various clinical settings, helping them to achieve a greater awareness of themselves and to empower them to create stability and emotional wellbeing. With my clinical training, I have supported clients through grief and loss, anxiety, depression, OCD, resolving traumas, and regaining a feeling of balance and control in their lives. My role is to show you how to lean into the process of understanding yourself, to give you tools and skills to work through the many obstacles in life, and to be a source of unconditional positive support throughout that process. I utilize CBT, psychodynamic and strengths-based approaches to provide guidance and helpful tools for my clients which will help them live healthy and meaningful lives. It is extremely important to me that I provide you with a safe and trusting environment to freely express and experience your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement.

I invite you to take that next step in supporting yourself by reaching out and embarking on the magical and powerful journey that therapy has to offer. I understand it can be scary, but YOU are worth it. Your happiness is worth it. There is no better way to advocate for yourself than to seek support and guidance in a therapeutic setting!
