About

All of us reach points in our lives when we feel overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck. It is easy sometimes to feel discouraged and alone. In those moments, we may lose our ability to feel joy, to see our strengths, to feel connection, and live to our full potential. This is when counseling can provide the safety and support we all need to confront our personal challenges and rediscover the beauty and resilience of our own hearts.

I am a licensed psychologist with 10 years of experience providing individual counseling for anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I believe that healing and growth require an environment of safety. I strive to create a relationship where clients can feel respected even in their most vulnerable moments.

My work focuses on helping clients recover from interpersonal loss, overcome depression, cope with anxiety, adjust positively to life transitions, and foster healthy and supportive relationships. My work also integrates mindfulness and self-compassion, with a focus on helping people build healthier relationship with themselves and others.
