Refined by my 20+ years of experience, my approach is psychodynamic, focusing on trauma informed body work, DBT and mindfulness. I speak Lithuanian and conversational in American Sign Language. I work in person/virtually, daytimes, evenings & Saturdays. How do you know which therapist is a good fit? Trust your instinct. You will know once you meet them.
