I am a dedicated, goal-oriented therapist specializing in supporting children (starting at age 8), teens, and adults as they overcome barriers, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach is flexible and responsive to each client’s unique needs, grounded in evidence-based methods that promote real, lasting change. Through honest conversation, practical tools, and a strengths-based approach, we’ll explore ways to build confidence, improve relationships, and tackle obstacles with intention. I've worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, trauma, and addiction. My experience spans various clinical settings, including residential treatment, inpatient care, and outpatient therapy.
