I'll help you navigate difficult life experiences, learn self-care tools, communicate effectively, make sense of conflicting feelings, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and others.

Having a background as a yoga and meditation, I offer a holistic approach to our work together. I integrate traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, somatic (body-based) techniques, guided imagery, parts work, inner child work, and other experiential modalities. Self-compassion practice is at the heart of my work. This helps create real change from within.
